Shipping policy

Free express shipping on every order within the United States. There is no minimum.

Orders placed before 2pm ET on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after that, or at a weekend or public holiday, are dispatched the next business day.

Delivery inside the United States typically takes 2 to 5 business days after dispatch. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is scanned by the carrier.

Tracking. If your tracking has not updated for more than 3 business days, email support@bedrock.com and we will chase the carrier or send a replacement.

Address accuracy. We cannot redirect a parcel once it has been dispatched. If you entered the wrong address, email us immediately and we will try to intercept it before it ships.

Lost parcels. If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit we will send a replacement at no cost.
