Refund policy

90-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If Bedrock does not work for you, tell us within 90 days of delivery and we will refund the full purchase price. You do not need to return an empty bottle and you do not need to explain yourself.

To start a refund, email support@bedrock.com from the address you ordered with, or include your order number. We aim to reply within two business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

Free gifts. Items included free with your order do not need to be returned and are not deducted from your refund.

Unopened product. If you would prefer to return an unopened bottle within 30 days, we will refund it in full and cover return shipping.

Damaged or wrong items. If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, email support@bedrock.com with a photo and we will replace it at no cost.

This policy applies to purchases made directly from this store. It does not affect your statutory rights.
